Bianca Steeghs

Bianca Steeghs has extensive experience in managerial and coaching roles, currently serving as Manager and Teamleider at Stichting PSW since January 2017, and as a coach and trainer at BIS management, coaching since June 2017. Previous positions include Projectmedewerker at De Roermondse Uitdaging from August 2016 to December 2018, and various roles at Fokus Wonen between October 2003 and October 2016, where responsibilities included supporting and advising location managers and overseeing daily operations for a team of approximately 30 personnel. Earlier in their career, Bianca worked as (Inhouse) Consulent at Adecco from July 1998 to October 2003, focusing on recruitment and selection for major industrial clients. Educational qualifications include pursuing a Master of Arts at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor's degree in Higher Management for Healthcare and Welfare from ISBW, and multiple certifications in coaching and deep democracy.
