Juulke Straatman

Juulke Straatman has extensive experience in personal support and education, primarily focused on individuals with autism and related challenges. Currently serving as a Persoonlijk begeleider at Stichting PSW since September 2021, Juulke previously worked at PGB Zorg from March 2016 to November 2021, providing ambulant personal guidance for youth with classical autism through psycho-education and therapeutic methods. Other roles include Zorg en onderwijsondersteuner at Blariacumcollege (2019-2021), specialized home guidance at Stichting PSW (2018-2019), and Group Leader at Koraal (2016-2018), in a treatment center for youth with intellectual disabilities and behavioral issues. Juulke also completed a graduate project at Mutsaersstichting focusing on the effectiveness of the Brain Blocks method for autism and participated in various internships and volunteer work throughout the education journey at institutions such as Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and Summa College.
