Els Decoster

Els Decoster is currently the Co-founder of EDAL Solutions BVBA, providing consultancy services in IT and Life Science. Previously, Els held positions such as Manager Grants at Stichting tegen Kanker, Operational Excellence Manager and Assay Development Director at MyCartis, and HEAD OF MOLECULAR BIOLOGY AND R&D at BARC Global Central Laboratory. Els has a background in Biotechnology, with a PhD from Ghent University and extensive experience in the field. Throughout their career, Els has demonstrated expertise in molecular biology, project coordination, validation, implementation of new technologies, and scientific support to clients. Els has also held roles in product management and sales and marketing in the life science industry.
