Ashleigh Berkowitz

Ashleigh Berkowitz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in providing telehealth therapy and clinical services. Currently, Berkowitz works at Synchronous Health, Inc. and Brightside Health, employing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
