Nick Eaton

Nick Eaton has a strong background in people operations and recruitment. Nick is currently serving as the People Director at Sticks'n'Sushi, where they are responsible for the career development of 1,500 employees across multiple locations. Prior to this, they worked at Specsavers, where they held various roles including Director of People Operations and Head of Recruitment, Northern Europe. Nick also has experience in change management and global recruitment at AstraZeneca. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and driving collaboration.

From 1994 to 1998, Nick Eaton attended Aston University and earned a BSc(Hons) degree in Transport Management/Logistics.
