Ana Sofia Abbud Rd

Ana Sofia Abbud is a registered dietitian and chef with extensive experience in nutrition and health education. Currently serving as a chef at Sticky Fingers Cooking, LLC since August 2017, Ana previously completed a dietetic internship at the Puerto Rico Department of Health, where expertise included nutritional assessments and educational initiatives for various health conditions. Ana has held leadership roles promoting obesity prevention, including as a M.E.N.D. Leader at the YMCA of Boulder Valley and a Health Leader at the 4-H Center for Youth Development. Educational background includes a degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Public Health from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
