Shawn Hardeman

Shawn Hardeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and management. Currently serving as a Field Manager at Stier Supply Company since April 2023, Shawn previously held the position of Production Manager at UFP NAC, LLC from September 2021 to April 2023. A notable 17-year tenure at the Lenexa Police Department included roles as a Police Corporal and Field Training Officer. Military experience encompasses service as a Combat Medic and Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard, along with a background as a Geographic Intelligence Specialist in the United States Marine Corps. Shawn also worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Johnson County Sheriffs Department and as a Fleet Manager at TransAm Trucking, Inc.
