Preston Lappe Caia

Preston Lappe, CAIA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the financial industry. Preston began their career as a Stockbroker Intern at Scottrade from April 2010 to December 2011. Following this, they joined Stifel Financial Corp. as a Sr. Specialist - New Accounts from June 2012 to May 2014. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing, approving, and maintaining LLC, corporate, partnership, and qualified plan accounts. Preston also managed projects and daily reports and resolved account issues. Preston then moved to Stifel Bank & Trust, where they held multiple positions. From May 2014 to April 2017, they served as an Assistant Vice President in the Securities Based Lending Group. Preston then transitioned to a Credit Analyst role in C&I/Private Bank Lending from April 2017 to October 2018. Currently, Preston holds the position of Vice President - Private Bank Lending at Stifel Bank & Trust, starting in April 2018.

Preston Lappe, CAIA, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Drake University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Preston Lappe has achieved certifications in the financial industry. Preston became a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder in November 2018, awarded by the CAIA Association. Previously, in April 2015, they obtained the Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
