Paul Higgins

Paul Higgins has extensive experience in institutional fixed income sales, currently serving as Managing Director at Stifel Financial Corp. since May 2007, after holding the position of Director. Prior to this role, Paul Higgins worked at Merrill Lynch from February 1989 to January 2007 as FVP/Manager of Institutional Fixed Income. Paul Higgins holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis through an Executive Program.
