Dara A.

Dara A. is currently serving as Associate Vice President of Biotech Equity Research at Stifel Financial Corp. since November 2021, following a role as an Associate in the same field. Prior to this, Dara A. held a position as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, where a device-based diagnostic solution for inflammatory bowel disease was initiated and created, involving innovative catheter development. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina, where an automated surgical robotic needle for cardiac repair was conceptualized, as well as mentoring students and assisting in various engineering courses. Dara A. earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and completed postdoctoral training in General Surgery Research at Harvard Medical School.
