Esther Peña Márquez

Esther Peña Márquez has been working at STIGA since August 2006 as the Responsable de Desarrollo de RRHH, where Esther is in charge of various HR functions such as personnel selection, training management, benefits, development plans, and occupational risk prevention. Prior to that, Esther worked as a Técnico de Reclutamiento y Selección at Grupo A Field Marketing. Esther holds a Master's degree in HR Management and Development from Centro de Estudios Financieros CEF and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical and Occupational Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
