Daniel Pherson

Daniel Pherson has extensive experience in sales and project management, currently serving as a Sales Manager at STIHL USA since February 2006, where Daniel has held various positions including Regional Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Product Manager for Industrial and Blowers, and Engineering Project Coordinator for Power Tools. Pherson has successfully managed over 31 new product launch projects at the Virginia Beach manufacturing facility, achieving all deadlines, and has implemented productivity improvement initiatives that saved over $1.6 million annually. In addition, Daniel has led a cross-functional engineering team to design and build over $5 million in capital equipment, and effectively presented project proposals to management in both German and English. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at Blatek, Inc. Pherson holds an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
