Melody Doleman

Melody Doleman has a strong background in human resources, having held various leadership roles in this field. Melody is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at STIHL USA, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at HII Technical Solutions Nuclear & Environmental Group from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they served as the HR Manager at AMSEC LLC from 2014 to 2018. Their work experience also includes being the Executive Director at B & B Manufacturing Inc from 2011 to 2014.

Melody Doleman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
