Dörthe Möller has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2007 with IBM, they served as a Project Administrator at Global Business Services before transitioning to roles such as Marketing Specialist for General Business/Midmarket and Marketing Manager Enterprise Content Management. In 2011, they became the Teamlead Marketing - Industry Solutions at IBM. In 2013, they joined Philips as a Marketing Communication Manager Healthcare Informatics & Patient Monitors and later became the Strategy & Business Development Manager. In 2016, they moved to Bosch Power Tools as the Strategic Innovation Manager/Design Thinking Coach. Most recently, they worked at STIHL as a Project Manager Digital Competence Center/Design Thinking Coach and is currently serving as the Team Lead Business Design & Design Thinking Coach.
Dörthe Möller has a diverse education history. In 2004, they attended the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirtin degree in International Business Administration in 2007. In 2006, they also briefly studied International Business Administration at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. In 2017-2018, they attended the Hasso Plattner Institute and earned a Design Thinking Coach degree. In addition to their formal education, Dörthe Möller has obtained additional certifications including the edX Verifiziertes Zertifikat für Agile and Scrum Fundamentals and the edX Honor Code Certificate for Health and Society.
