Kim Strauss

Kim Strauss has a diverse work experience history. Currently, Kim is working as the Chief Product Owner at STIHL since July 2022. Prior to this, Kim had experience at Bain & Company as a Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Kim worked as a Student Assistant at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, where they supported the Strategy and Organization Chair and evaluated students' exams from 2018 to 2019. Previously, Kim was a Student Assistant at Daimler AG, involved in strategic decision-making in the R&D department from 2017 to 2018. Kim also held roles as a Research Assistant at Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen, teaching organizational behavior and statistics, econometrics, and quantitative methods in 2016. Before that, Kim worked as a tutor in various economics-related subjects and held a role as a Student Assistant at Robert Bosch GmbH, where they performed data analysis and supported automotive purchasing and quality management from 2013 to 2015. Lastly, Kim gained internship experience at Lapp Group and completed community service at RKK-Klinikum in earlier years.

Kim Strauss earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Tübingen in 2016. Kim then pursued a Master's degree in European Management from the same university, which was completed in 2019. In parallel, Kim studied at the EM Strasbourg Business School, earning a Master Grande Ecole degree in International & European Business in 2019. Additionally, in 2011-2013, Kim engaged in law studies at Heidelberg University. Beyond formal education, Kim has obtained certifications in various topics, including Introduction to Python, Correlation and Regression, and Introduction to R, through DataCamp.
