Madison Sanders is currently a Product Management Systems Analyst at STIHL, with a career spanning multiple roles in project and product management. Prior to joining STIHL in April 2024, Madison worked at Cape Henry Associates, where positions included Product Line Manager and Project Manager, focusing on data gathering, budgeting, and project tracking for the PMO team. Previously, Madison served as the Director of Operations for Soccer Shots Hampton Roads, overseeing sales, marketing, budgeting, and staff management. Early career experience includes roles as an Assistant Director and Coach & Operations Intern, as well as a Business Operations Associate Intern at Apex Systems. Madison holds a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Virginia Wesleyan University.
