Nicolle Walliser

Nicolle Walliser has extensive experience in HR systems and processes, currently serving as a Referentin for HR Systems and Processes at STIHL since October 2018, where responsibilities include program management for HR digitalization, software implementation, and global product ownership for SuccessFactors Learning and Recruiting. Prior to this role, Nicolle worked at Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG for 18 years as an HR-IT Consultant, where achievements included the rollout of SF Learning and development of internal IT training programs. Additionally, Nicolle has been involved in various moderation and process facilitation roles at the Evangelischer Oberkirchenrat Stuttgart since December 2005. Nicolle's academic background includes a Magister in Pedagogy and Sociology from the University of Stuttgart, completed in 1999.
