David Chanon

As President of Stiles Financial Services, Mr. Chanon is responsible for the performance of the real estate portfolio as well as the capitalization of future projects.

Under his direction, the asset management team acquires properties, formulates business plans, executes strategic initiatives, and oversees the sale of each investment. In addition to managing and originating all financing for the company, Mr. Chanon sources and negotiates equity for development and acquisition opportunities.

In his tenure at Stiles, Mr. Chanon has overseen over 9 million square feet of office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use product and has handled in excess of $2.5 billion in transactional business.

Mr. Chanon graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board of Lauderdale by the Sea, a board member of Junior Achievement, and an active member of NAIOP, ULI, and ICSC.
