Currently, Nicholas serves as Operations Manager at Stiles Machinery, having progressed through various roles including Operations Administrator and Regional Sales Administrator since June 2016. Prior experience includes a customer care role at DTE Energy and a general management position at WMCR Co, where restaurant operations and staff management were key responsibilities.
