Laurent Thierry

Laurent Thierry has extensive experience in customer service and technical roles within the industry. Since November 2007, Laurent has worked at STILL, holding the position of Responsable service client, focusing on effective team management and customer satisfaction while fostering positive client relationships. Prior to this role, Laurent served as Responsable technique at LOGISAV, managing a team and overseeing the importation of spare parts. Laurent also gained valuable experience as Chef d’atelier at La Maintenance Electronique, handling maintenance for television and video products, and served in various technical positions at Boulanger and Auchan from 1987 to 2002.
