Aaron Sherman is a founding partner of Stillwater Capital, where he oversees the company’s development and investment activities.

Stillwater has become a market-leading development company with expertise in multi-family, single-family, mixed-use, and industrial projects. Stillwater has led the successful development of over $1B worth of completed projects.

Throughout the course of his 20-plus-year career in real estate, he has participated in the acquisition, development, and disposition of assets of almost all product types. Prior to forming Stillwater Capital, Sherman spent the first 10 years of his career with Hillwood, a Perot Company.
