Brandon Easterling is a Central Texas partner, where he is responsible for finding viable development sites for the conventional multi-family products in suburban or urban locations, as well as viable sites that can accommodate the single-family rental home products.
Prior to joining Stillwater in June of 2017, Easterling ran Central Texas for Alliance Residential for 6 years, overseeing all aspects of new multi-family development. While at Alliance, his responsibilities included developing over 1,800 units in Austin and San Antonio, with a capitalization of over $300 million. Easterling has directly overseen the construction of over 4,000 units throughout the course of his 21-year career.
