Jeffrey Birdwell

Jeffrey Birdwell is an analyst at Stillwater Capital where he assists with the development process. Prior to joining Stillwater, he worked at Northmarq Capital on the Debt & Equity team in Dallas where he helped place over $500M in financing on both development and value add deals. He grew up around the apartment and office development business having held summer jobs in construction, apartment maintenance and property management.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling with family and friends, racing in the Trans Am national auto racing series and flying airplanes as a private pilot.

Jeffrey holds a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan.
