Jimmy O’Neal

Jimmy O’Neal is a development partner at Stillwater Capital, where he oversees the acquisition strategy for the company. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions, debt and equity origination, asset management, and divestitures.

Prior to joining Stillwater in March 2017, O’Neal co-founded a boutique real estate investment company and has worked with a diverse mix of real estate clients including multi-family, land, commercial, and office properties. O’Neal brings over 25 years of multi-faceted entrepreneurial business experience in a variety of industries to the company.
