Stephen Holley

Stephen Holley is a development partner at Stillwater Capital, where he is responsible for all industrial developments.

Prior to joining Stillwater Capital in August 2020, Holley spent six years in the Navy as a SEAL officer based in Coronado, CA before starting and running an e-commerce company. With over 16 years of entrepreneurial business and commercial real estate experience, Holley brings a broad range skills and experience to Stillwater, including brokerage for Fortune 500 companies. Holley has served the Dallas community as a member of the Touchdown Club, the Elizabeth Toon Charities, as a Board Member for the Goodwill Industries of Dallas and as the Chairman of Pete Sessions Service Academy Advisory Board for the 32nd Congressional District. He has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal through the 40 under 40 Award and has received the Dallas Foundation’s Good Works Under 40 Award.
