Cassandra Rosene

Cassandra Rosene, MBA has over 10 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Cassandra began their career as a Business Office Assistant at The Village of Heritage in 2008 and was later promoted to Business Office Manager. In 2013, they joined Parkview Home Health & Hospice, first as a Home Health & Hospice Admission Coordinator, then as the Home Health Support Operations Lead, and finally as the Home Health Support Operations Supervisor. Their most recent role is as the Director of Business Development at Stillwater Hospice, which they started in 2018.

Cassandra Rosene, MBA, has a strong educational background in business administration and healthcare management. Cassandra completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Saint Francis from 2014 to 2015, with a focus on Business (BU). Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University, where their field of study was in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Cassandra earned this degree from 2008 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Cassandra Rosene has also pursued additional certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Cassandra obtained a Leadership Fort Wayne certification from Greater Fort Wayne Inc. in December 2022, demonstrating their commitment to developing leadership abilities. Cassandra also earned a Nonprofit Essentials Certificate from NonprofitReady in April 2022, indicating their interest in nonprofit organizations and the knowledge they have gained in this area.
