Chelsea Dougal, MSW, LCSW, has been serving as a Hospice Social Worker at Stillwater Hospice since April 2018, providing crucial social and emotional support to patients and families during end-of-life stages, while also excelling in patient advocacy and crisis intervention. In addition to their extensive experience in hospice care, Chelsea has held roles as a Family-Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinician and Trainer at SCAN, Inc., where responsibilities included in-home therapy for families involved with probation and overseeing the onboarding of new clinicians. Previous experiences include positions as a MSW student intern in diverse healthcare and educational settings, as well as roles in retail management. Chelsea holds a Master of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
