Terry Cooper

Terry Cooper has extensive experience in recruiting and military service. Terry started as a soldier in the Ohio Army National Guard in 2006 and held various leadership positions until their retirement in 2023. During their service, they also worked as an instructor and evaluator. After leaving the military, Terry worked as a recruiter for various companies including SAIC, InquisIT, Stillwater Human Capital LLC, and ManTech. Terry also worked as a staff officer/case manager for ManTech and supported the COVID-19 response team at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Terry was responsible for full life cycle recruiting of cleared technologists for both DoD and Intelligence Agencies and provided support for specialized programs and critical mission programs.

Terry Cooper's education history begins in 1995 when they acquired their HS Diploma in College Prep from Cloverleaf High School. Terry attended U.S. Army Infantry (OSUT) Basic Training and U.S. Army Airborne School in 2002. In 2011, they enrolled in The University of Akron to study Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, but it's unclear if they finished the degree. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies at American Military University from 2021 to 2025. Terry also has additional certifications in MACP Level 1 Instructor and MACP Level 2 Instructor which they obtained from the U.S. Army.
