Florian Holm is the Founder & CEO of Grün Resorts, a boutique hospitality brand. Prior to this, Florian founded Stilt Studios and held various leadership roles at Lazada Group. Florian also co-founded AthletesforALL and has experience as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Florian has a background in Economics and Business Administration from Heidelberg University, Copenhagen Business School, and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Stilt Studios creates and operates prefabricated design studios for tourist accommodation. We believe with creativity and innovation in design and production we can create a special accommodation experience for our guests and customers. Our buildings are floating structures with a minimal environmental impact and are operated carbon neutral. We are both building and selling units outright, as well as building and managing the units for tourist rentals
