Erik Forslund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of film direction, copyright licensing, and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Film Director at The Daughter Behind the Iron Curtain since January 2015, Erik also holds the position of Key Account Manager at STIM - Svenska Tonsättares Internationella Musikbyrå since December 2017, where responsibilities include negotiating license agreements for a global repertoire of musical works and acting as the main client contact. Prior to this, Erik led the licensing team at Bildupphovsrätt i Sverige from February 2010 to December 2017 as Reproduction Rights Manager, overseeing contracts, permissions, and infringement cases. Additional experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at ALIS from February 2005 to February 2010. Erik Forslund earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Uppsala University between 1998 and 2003.
