Theres Annerstedt has extensive experience in the field of HR. Theres began their career as an HR Generalist at Parallel Consulting Group/Icon Medialab in 1998 and worked there until 2002. Theres then joined Thomson Reuters as an HR Adviser from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Swedish Match as an HR Specialist/HR Business Partner and later as the Acting VP Strategic HR & Internal Communication. Theres then joined Swedish Match again in 2010 as a Senior HR Business Partner and later became the VP HR & Internal Communication until 2014. Theres then worked at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Sverige as an HR Director from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Theres works as an HR Director at Stim since 2017.
Theres Annerstedt pursued their education in behavioural sciences and sociology at Stockholm University from 2001 to 2005. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the mentioned field of study.
