Kristen Lechleiter

Kristen Lechleiter is an experienced professional in the medical device industry with a strong background in clinical affairs and development. Currently serving as Executive Director of Clinical Affairs at Stimdia Medical since July 2024, Kristen previously held roles at xilis as Executive Director of Clinical and Director of Clinical Development from October 2022 to July 2024. Prior to this, Kristen spent eight years at Boston Scientific in various positions including Fellow in Clinical Research Sciences and Manager of Field Clinical Research Specialists. Earlier experiences include roles at Senseonics, Stereotaxis, Washington University, and Bard Peripheral Vascular, contributing to clinical and regulatory sciences as well as research. Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from Arizona State University.
