Stimenz
Maurits Jan Vink is an experienced professional in the fields of mediation, organizational development, and conflict management. Vink serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at Stimenz since January 2023 and is a registered discussion leader for intervision with the Dutch Bar Association since April 2022, providing consultancy and teaching for various intervision groups. In addition to contributions as an editorial member for Tijdschrift Conflicthantering, Vink has been an educator and facilitator at AOG School of Management focusing on change management since 1998. At ADR Instituut, Vink trains future mediators, while also conducting workshops on conflict management at Sioo. Vink has held the position of chair at Stichting Uilenburgersjoel since 2013, overseeing the transformation of the Uilenburger Synagogue into a cultural center, and served as a board member of Stichting ChangeLab until October 2020. Vink's previous experience includes working as an MfN Mediator and senior organizational adviser at Twynstra Gudde. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Psychology from Leiden University and further credentials in legal mediation and management consulting.

Stimenz
Stimenz is een organisatie voor sociaal werk voor Apeldoorn en de Veluwe. Wij zijn er voor alle mensen die op de een of ander manier een steuntje in de rug nodig hebben in hun dagelijks leven. Omdat ze kwetsbaar zijn of omdat het tijdelijk even niet gaat. Met onze 200 professionals en ruim 600 vrijwilligers en actieve inwoners ondersteunen we mensen, gezinnen en buurten. Om het tijdelijk even samen te doen en om te zorgen dat ze uiteindelijk weer verder kunnen. Zelfstandig of met blijvende steun van hun netwerk, als dat nodig is. Van mens tot mens. Omdat wij geloven in een samenleving waarin iedereen meetelt.
