Jody Swanson

Jody Swanson, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, beginning as a Manager at Moffitt Cancer Center in 1986. Throughout their career, they have held various HR leadership positions at companies such as Tech Data Corporation, Lexmark International, and Exactech. Most recently, Jody served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RTI Surgical and as a Principal Human Resources Consultant at Swanson HR Solutions, LLC. Currently, they hold the role of VP of People at StimLabs, specializing in providing tailored HR solutions for biotech companies. Their expertise includes HR strategy development, talent acquisition, compensation design, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.

Jody Swanson, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Florida. In 2000, they achieved the SPHR certification from HRCI, followed by the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2015.
