Crystal Gonzales

Crystal Gonzales, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Crystal currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Stimson Lumber Company, where they are responsible for ensuring employee success and organizational growth. Prior to this, Crystal held the position of Director of Human Resources at Schnitzer Steel, BBU - Sara Lee, Wood Rodgers Inc., Nor-Cal Beverage Co., Inc., eMonitoringsolutions/Interact Devices, and Track 'n Trail. In these roles, they provided strategic guidance on HR policies and programs, oversaw various HR functions, and played a crucial role in talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development. Their extensive experience and expertise make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Crystal Gonzales, SPHR attended Humboldt State University from 1985 to 1987, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business. In terms of additional certifications, Crystal obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in December 2008. Crystal also holds certifications such as OSHA 10-Hour (obtained in January 2017), DDI Trainer Certification (obtained in July 2011), Hogan Assessment Certified Coach (obtained in July 2009), and Franklin Covey Facilitator (obtained in January 2007).
