Lucila Plänich

Lucila Plänich has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lucila joined Stink Studios in 2021 and currently holds the position of Director of Team Operations, having previously served as a Team Operations Manager. Prior to Stink Studios, Lucila worked at Accenture from 2012 to 2021, holding multiple roles, including Data Analytics & Storytelling Enablement Lead, Innovation Delivery Lead, Business Operations Specialist, Business Operations Senior Analyst, and Business Operations Analyst. Before Accenture, they worked at Livra.com as a Junior Project Manager from 2011 to 2012. Lucila also gained research experience as a Research Assistant for the Project on Constitutional Law and Gender in 2011, where they contributed to the compilation, analysis, and coding of gender-related court cases in Argentina and Chile.

Lucila Plänich completed their Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella between 2007 and 2011. Lucila went on to pursue a Master's degree in Change Management Communication from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, which they completed from 2018 to 2020. In addition, they obtained a certification in IELTS from the University of Cambridge in the year 2015.
