Allison leads the firm with the Managing Partner, bringing lawyers and staff together as one across all offices, committed to exemplary client service and a firm atmosphere of professional excellence, mutual respect, friendship and inclusiveness.

As Deputy Managing Partner, Allison works directly with the Managing Partner on the overall leadership of the firm and implementation of its Strategic Plan. Together they have ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the firm's operations and performance. Allison is directly responsible for the overall management of the firm's practice divisions and serves as the leadership liaison for of the firm's professional development, recruiting, diversity and inclusion and pro bono committees.

Allison has served as Deputy Managing Partner since 2010, and has served on the firm's Board of Directors since 2003. Allison is a strong, supportive leader to colleagues at the firm and in her community. She has been recognized for her legal prowess and leadership many times, most recently being awarded Corporate Counsel's 2018 National Women in Law Honorees for Innovative Leadership.

Before committing to serve as Deputy Managing Partner, Allison was a leading trial attorney in trust and estate matters, focused on defending corporate fiduciaries against claims of fraud, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty arising from the creation and administration of trusts. She also defended trust termination and reformation actions, and litigated adversary proceedings.

Allison's clients included a major brokerage firm and several national and regional banks and trust companies.
