Janat Namukose

Janat Namukose is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as Senior Manager at STIR Education since December 2017, Janat oversees various aspects of human resources, including culture, sourcing, benefits management, and performance management. Prior to STIR Education, Janat worked as a Senior Human Resource Officer at Educate! and developed a strong foundation in HR as a Business Development Officer at the Human Resource Managers' Association of Uganda. Early career experiences include roles as an HR Assistant at Monitor Publications Limited and a Business Executive at the Insurance Company of East Africa, complemented by a Client Relationship Manager position at Open Communications Consult. Janat holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University and a Master of Business Administration from Uganda Management Institute.
