Andrew Dorman

Andrew Dorman has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Andrew began their career in 2007 as CFO and Director of Investment Banking/Syndicate at Mercer Capital Ltd. In 2008, they joined Grey Wolf Associates Inc. as President. In 2010, they became Manager of Investment Banking Compliance at Buckman, Buckman & Reid, Inc. Andrew then moved to Meyers Associates L.P. in 2012 as an Investment Banker. In 2014, they joined Laidlaw & Company UK Ltd. as Global Wealth Manager. In 2015, they became Chief Financial Officer/Managing Director of Investment Banking at First Standard Financial Compny LLC. In 2017, they joined Spartan Capital Securities LLC as Senior Private Wealth Manager, specializing in General Securities Transactions, Private Placements, and IPOs. Andrew also held the role of Syndicate Manager at Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. In 2022, they joined Stirlingshire as Executive Vice President.
