Lead Solutions Architect at Stitch

Ross Jordheim has a diverse work history spanning various roles and industries. Ross began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Sergeant and Amphibious Assault Vehicle Section Leader for four years, including two combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

After leaving the military, Ross Jordheim transitioned to the accounting field, working as an Accounting Intern at Geris Zebarth, Inc. Ross'sresponsibilities included compiling/write-up of client general ledger, bank reconciliations, journal adjustments, client payroll, and tax preparation.

Following their internship, Ross joined Ernst & Young LLP as a Summer Assurance Intern. Ross was responsible for auditing and evaluating accounting processes and controls for different client engagements. Ross'sexcellent performance led to positive reviews and a full-time position offer, which they accepted. As a Senior Associate at EY, Ross continued to work on multiple audit client engagements, focusing on compliance with GAAP accounting principles and SOX regulations. Ross also evaluated the effectiveness of internal controls and completed coursework to become a Certified Data Analyst.

Ross then transitioned into the technology industry, starting as a Senior Management Consultant at SSB. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end client relationships, including pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, product strategy, business analysis, process design, data warehouse/business intelligence development and deployment, post-delivery support, training, and joint-impact planning. Ross successfully managed a team of business intelligence professionals and designed and implemented cloud-based data warehousing, business intelligence, and customer relationship management solutions using various technologies such as Snowflake, Azure SQL Database, and Tableau.

Ross then joined SSB as the Director of Implementation - Sports and Entertainment, where they continued to manage client relationships and oversee the implementation and support of SaaS data warehouse and CRM delivery projects. Ross also managed quality assurance and utilized technologies such as Stitch, Salesforce.com, and MS Dynamics.

Following their time at SSB, Ross worked at Segment as a Solutions Architect, where they provided solutions architecture expertise to clients. Currently, they are working at Stitch as the Lead Solutions Architect, utilizing their skills and knowledge to lead architectural solutions for the company.

Overall, Ross Jordheim has a strong background in solutions architecture, business analysis, project management, and team leadership. Ross has experience in the accounting, technology, and consulting industries, demonstrating their adaptability and expertise in various roles.

Ross Jordheim completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from the University of Colorado Denver in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Emergency Medical Technician certification from the Community College of Aurora in 2004. Additionally, they earned a Master of Science in Accounting with a specialization in Auditing and Forensic Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver in 2010.

Apart from their formal education, Ross Jordheim has also earned several certifications throughout their career. Ross became a Certified Public Accountant in November 2012 from the State of Colorado. In May 2021, they completed a certification course on "Technical Sales: The Role of the Sales Engineer" offered by LinkedIn. Ross further obtained a Segment Consulting Partner Certification from Segment University in September 2022. Ross Jordheim also obtained certifications as a Braze Certified Practitioner and a Braze Certified Administrator from Braze in February 2023 and March 2023, respectively.
