Leslie Vandemark

Leslie VanDeMark is a Software Engineer at Stitch, Inc. since January 2021 and previously held the same position at Honeywell from July 2019 to March 2020. During time at Honeywell, Leslie participated in the Early Career Program (Genesis), providing opportunities for mentorship and leadership training, and completed a master's in Computer Science with a specialization in Computing Systems through Georgia Tech. Responsibilities included implementing software fixes for the complex distributed control system (Experion) and converting Motorola 68k Assembly functions to C++. Prior experience includes technical assistance at the Dudley H Davis Center, iOS development at SelfieCause LLC, lab assistance at Cornell University's Bodanove Lab, research assistance in the Department of Astronomy, and instructing skating lessons at Cass Park. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Vermont in 2019, also completing a General Studies degree at Victoria University of Wellington during 2017.
