Anne Seghi

Anne Seghi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail management and customer experience enhancement. Currently serving as Area Manager, Styling at Stitch Fix since August 2020, Anne leads a team of approximately 250 Team Managers and their Stylists across the Midwest and Southeast, driving sales and optimizing performance metrics. Prior to this role, Anne held various leadership positions at EXPRESS, where contributions included the development and implementation of the company's 2020 Customer Experience Model and initiatives to improve customer service in brick-and-mortar locations. Additionally, Anne's background includes serving as Regional Sales Director at Stella & Dot Family of Brands, where mentoring and training over 6,000 stylists was a key focus. Early career experience also includes management roles at EXPRESS and a position as Associate Producer at Young Broadcasting. Anne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting from Belmont University.
