Erin Gerhan

Erin Gerhan is an experienced human resources and operations leader with a diverse background in team management and performance optimization across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target since February 2024, Erin previously held the role of People and Operations Manager at Stitch Fix, where responsibilities included overseeing a remote team, developing employee training programs, and leading social impact initiatives. Erin also has extensive experience in retail management at Target, with a record of successfully driving sales growth and leading large teams in multiple roles, including Store Director and Sr. Executive Team Leader in Merchandising. Erin holds a BS in Psychology and Philosophy from the College of Saint Benedict.
