Leah Lester

Leah Lester currently serves as the People and Culture BP Coordinator at Stitch Fix since March 2023, where responsibilities include maintaining records related to FMLA and workers' compensation, assisting over 400 employees with HR inquiries, and supporting supervisors in employee relations. Prior to this role, Leah worked at Tinder from April 2022 to February 2023 as the Talent Coordination Lead, managing scheduling operations and implementing DEI initiatives. Leah's experience at Uber, spanning from January 2017 to April 2022, includes roles such as Sr Talent Coordinator and Global Mobility, overseeing a team of talent coordinators and facilitating internal employee transfers. Leah also briefly contributed to Trillium Health Partners during COVID-19 to support critical hiring needs. Education is being pursued at North Hennepin Community College.
