Sharon McCollam

Sharon most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Chief Financial Officer of Best Buy Co., Inc. In this role, Sharon has been widely recognized as the co-pilot of the company’s Renew Blue transformation, which has been praised by the investment community as of one of the foremost turnarounds in the retail sector. Previously, Sharon served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and in 2010 was appointed to the Board of Directors. She retired from the company in 2012. Prior to Williams-Sonoma, Sharon served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dole Fresh Vegetables Inc., a division of Dole Food Company Inc. Today, she serves as a director on the boards of Signet Jewelers, Ltd. and Stitch Fix. In addition, Sharon serves on the privately held boards of PetSmart, Inc., Hallmark Cards, Inc., GetYourGuide AG and Art.com. Sharon also serves on the nonprofit boards of Sutter Health and ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Sharon previously served on the boards of Del Monte Foods Company, OfficeMax Incorporated, Whole Foods Market, Inc. and Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Sharon is also a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.
