Chrl Dara Randall

Dara Randall, CHRL, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Stitch It since May 2023, Dara previously held positions at the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) as a Payroll & Benefits Advisor and Coordinator, and returned to Stitch It in various HR capacities from 2008 to 2022. With a background in supporting large employee bases in fast-paced retail and restaurant environments, Dara has expertise in full-cycle payroll administration, employee benefits management, internal investigations, and policy creation. Dara's career also includes experience with HRIS management, recruitment, and health and safety compliance, complemented by a Human Resources Management certificate from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts from King's University College.
