Craig Vellucci-Senior

Craig Vellucci-Senior has been working in the software engineering and trading industries since 1995. Craig began as a Trader - Foreign Exchange at Royal Bank of Scotland and then moved to Goldenberg Hehmeyer Trading Co Ltd as a Proprietary Trader - Derivatives in 1999. In 2003, they became Self Employed and worked as a Business Owner / Developer and Proprietary Trader - Foreign Exchange. In 2004, they founded and owned Nurserysearch, an online day nursery directory which they rebuilt from the ground up and sold in 2011. In 2008, they founded and owned Childminders.com, a UK Childminders Directory built with Ruby on Rails which they also sold in 2011. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at Pirate Studios Ltd, working within Agile environments utilising Elixir to build the API of https://book.pirate.com. Currently, they are a Software Engineer (Back-End Developer Elixir/Ruby) at Stitched.co.uk.

Craig Vellucci-Senior completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 1995. Craig began their studies in 1991.
