Brad Day has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the sports and retail industry. Brad started their career at Adidas Group, where they held several senior positions including Senior Merchandise Manager and Senior Licensed Product Manager. During their time at Adidas Group, they implemented strategies that resulted in significant growth for the footwear category and established US distribution segmentation.
Brad then joined TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company, where they served as Head of US Merchandising and later as Global Commercial Director for adidas Golf and Ashworth brands. In these roles, they had responsibilities in product creation strategy, go-to-market alignment, and managing the US business. Brad successfully led the re-introduction of the Ashworth brand into the golf market, driving double-digit growth.
Next, Brad became the CEO/President of Helm Boots, where they oversaw all aspects of the company's operations, including P&L management, brand re-organization, and implementation of a direct-to-consumer business model. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant growth, with a +127% compound annual growth rate in the first two years of the DTC model.
Currently, Brad holds the position of President/COO at Stix Golf Co, where they are responsible for the overall management of the company.
Brad Day attended Pacific University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Law.
