Dr. Srinivas Reddy

Dr. Srinivas Reddy has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Head of New Product and Process Development at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited since January 2016, following roles in optical simulation and fiber design within the company. Prior to STL, Dr. Reddy held post-doctoral and project associate positions at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and completed a PhD at the IITB-Monash Research Academy. The doctoral research included collaboration as a PhD student at Monash University. Dr. Reddy's early career included work as a project assistant at the Central Scientific Instruments Organization, focusing on fiber sensors for a master's dissertation. Dr. Reddy holds a Master's degree in Engineering Physics with a specialization in Photonics from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
