The Leadership Team at St. Matthew's House is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic direction and ensuring effective operations across all departments. Comprising the CEO and Vice Presidents of Development, Finance, and Operations, this team collaborates to enhance innovative solutions for combating homelessness, hunger, substance abuse, and poverty, while fostering partnerships and driving resource allocation to maximize impact in Southwest Florida.
